Where to find yourself

My project is a series of photographs captured during my two journeys on the Camino de Santiago. With my backpack and analog camera, I embarked on a pilgrimage to rediscover myself and the world around me. As a visual storyteller driven by a documentary impulse, I sought to capture the wonders of nature and its ability to heal and inspire.

Through my lens, I reveal the transformative power of the Camino, a path that allows us to slow down, connect with nature, and delve into the depths of our souls. Each photograph is a window into a moment of contemplation, reflection, and healing, as I walk through breathtaking landscapes, encounter diverse cultures, and meet remarkable people.

My first Camino journey provided me with the space to confront my emotions during a difficult time. The second journey reinvigorated my spirit and allowed me to find hope in the world. The images I captured are a testament to the beauty of the Camino and its ability to connect us with nature and ourselves.

I hope that my series will inspire viewers to embark on their own Camino and experience the wonders of nature. I invite them to let go of the heavy stones in their hearts and open themselves to the possibilities that life has to offer. By doing so, we can reconnect with the planet and rediscover the magic of our existence.

I took for my project more than 300 analog photographs. This is only a glimpse.
